Service Desk Central - Entering Private Beta
This service provides your company with predefined IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based processes, integrated online learning management system, and cloud-based applications. The ITIL based processes are a simplified subset of process geared toward smaller to mid-sized IT organizations. The learning management system is always available to provide training, process aids, and supplemental online documentation. Finally, the cloud-based software includes a complete ITIL compliant service desk, incident, problem, change, configuration, knowledge and service level management system. The cloud-based software also includes an advanced infrastructure monitoring system. This service is currently in the final stages of development. We are in a limited private beta phase.
